In the third quarter of 2024, the top puzzle RPG apps in Africa demonstrated varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users, as per data from Sensor Tower.

Empires & Puzzles: Dragon Dawn saw a consistent revenue trend, peaking at around $7.4K in late August. Downloads, however, decreased from 1.4K at the start of July to about 436 by the end of September. The app's active users slightly fluctuated, starting at 11.4K and closing the quarter at 8.1K.

Puzzles & Survival experienced a peak in revenue reaching $4K in mid-August. Downloads were highest in late July with over 3K, while active users peaked at 3.7K in early August, before tapering off towards the end of the quarter.

DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE showed significant fluctuations in downloads, with a high of 27K during the second week of July. Revenue saw peaks of about $5.3K in mid-July and late August. Active users remained strong, maintaining over 100K throughout the quarter.

Best Fiends - Match 3 Puzzles had a fairly stable revenue trend, averaging around $1.5K to $2.1K weekly. Downloads were highest at the start of the quarter with 2.6K, but saw a decline, eventually stabilizing at around 858 by the end of September. Active users decreased from 5.5K to 2.6K over the quarter.

Puzzles & Chaos: Frozen Castle showed a notable increase in revenue, peaking at $2.6K in early September. Downloads spiked at 716 in mid-August, with active users growing from 158 to 648 in the same period, before gradually decreasing to 256 by the end of September.
